Aw thanks Sharon, I really do believe in the diet and it does work, when I started to get a bit disillusioned with it I looked into all the science behind it. It all makes perfect sense to me and it helps me keep the faith with it! I like helping peolple on here and even considered being a CDC but my job won't allow me to have the time to do it, which is a shame really!

I'm now on day ten, although keep trying to talk my self out of this diet, but have stayed 100%
