I need answers & help & anything else to guide me!

I am motivated and im doing really well and i have no intentions of giving up.....but......i put on 3lb this week as i could not control my eating.

Last week i lost 8lb and the week before that i put on 3lb again.

I dont know why i have been eating, i feel bad when i go to bed (no sense of achievement) and feel generally groggy, but i dont know why im doing it.

My CDC said last night that as im now at the lowest weight im battling with myself as my brian thinks this is my 'ideal' weight and so i should be eating.

I dont know, but i set myself a target of 4 stone loss by 24th july which is my 100 day target, so ive 3 weeks to do this with 15lbs to loose.

Im wondering if anybody else has been through this stage, and what advice can you offer me.
