I need food

    Im feeling so hungry, i just weighed and the scales say ive gained 2.5 lbd since monday, I'll be gutted if thats the case. I just so want something to eat!!!!:cry:

    Don't give up hun you're doing so well! How long have you been SS'ing? If you haven't had anything to eat and have stuck to the diet there is no way you will gain fat so that 2.5lbs will just be water weight. If you find that putting that little bit on during the week gets you so down you really need to stay away from the scales hunny.:eek:

    Aww, you've done so well so far, try and reflect on that to keep going. What plan are you on?

    Step away from the food, you clearly can do it, you've been amazing so far!
    Could you maybe step up the plan a little bit so you can eat something?
    By the time you have your weigh in you may not have gained at all - keep going x

    It's probably just fluid - I can put on 2lbs between a morning weigh-in and having a shake and some water......Ignore the scales and wait for official WI.

    If you have to eat, ring your CDC up, and maybe ask if you can have a protein based meal, even if its a peice of chicken breast, no skin, then you can continue the brilliant way you are doing!

    oh hun dont give up, we all have off days, im sure i speak for everone when i say iot just think of your end goal good luck x
