I need to get back on track!

Hello,
I joined weight watchers 10 weeks in the hope of losing weight. I have done weight watchers before lost weight and then put it back on and then some!
I am 30 and when i joined weight watchers i weighed 16 Stone 6 Pounds.
After a health check up at the doctors, my doctor discovered i had a number of health issues: high blood pressure, arthritis in the neck and spint to name but a few.
I joined a gym going every other day!
At my last weight in i was 14 Stone 9 Pounds.
I have not been back to weight watchers since.
I had a really bad day at work and fell off the wagon big time!
I don't want to put on all the weight i have lost!
So i came across this forum a few weeks ago and loved reading all your posts.
I just wondered, has anyone fallen off the wagon and how they got back on track?
I decided to go back to weight watcher meetings. My meetings are on a tuesday and are opposite where i work.
I contemplated going back after i come back from holiday (going to Barcelona 7-11th July) but thought i could put on quite a bit of weight between now and then!
Any help or advicd would be great :)

My advice is get back as soon as. Don't leave it until after your holiday. We all know how easy it is to put on weight.
At least if you start now you can have a few pounds off before you go and you could be in a different frame of mind on holiday and conscious of what your eating and manage to maintain some control Xx
