I have had an Atkins Advantage bar for my lunch and feel so full it hurts!!!!!

hehe I know the feeling its so strange isnt it? Before I could eat a pack of 5 pork chops without an effort and earlier i tried to eat 2 lean pork loin steaks and ended up giving 1/2 to the dog! I love having a shrunken tummy! It certainly helps!
