I think I might die...

    Well actually that's maybe a little exaggeration...:D

    I've joined the gym at work in an attempt to tone up and hopefully avoid too much loose skin. Tonight I had my induction, I explained all about CD etc and so have got a programme that mainly involves toning, and gentle walking etc.

    I decided I'd just do a bit on the cross trainer and treadmill tonight to ease myself into it...2 hours later I can hardly move! I am soooo stiff, I dread to think how I will feel tomorrow morning :( Who says exercise is good for you???

    2hrs wooooo maybe thats a bit much? sorry i know when i used to walk fast v quick i would be dying. hope it gets better :)

    No No Noooo I didn't actually do 2 hours at the gym - do you think I'm mad???? :D I probably only did 20 mins lol, I've been sat for 2 hours since I got back, and just tried to get up and couldn't!

    2 hours at the gym...now that thought makes me feel very very ill :eek:
