I've got 16lbs to lose before I reach my personal goal of 8.7st or 7lbs before 9st I reach my CDCs goal. But i'm tired of the shakes so i'm just gona eat 3 meals a day.
 
Good luck Petra. Have you moved up through the plans? You get more to eat and its a great way to reintroduce food without going over the top.
