Step 1 Sole Source I think!

Hi everyone.
I'm off to meet my CDC tomorrow at 10 am to start this journey.
I've been given some information from a friend of mine who has done amazing on the CD
I'm 5ft 4 and a half!
(That half matters )!
I weigh approximately 20st but will find out properly in the morning

I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any advice or helpful tips.
When will I know I'm in ketosis?
Can I have sweeteners in my black tea? What do you do to make drinking water bearable! ? I'm really going to struggle with the water.

Hi. How's it going so far? Found any foods you like yet? I started on the 9th of January too, although I'd say I am a bit dissapointed with my losses so far. Week 1 I lost 9lbs. Week two I stayed the same despite being hundred percent. Week 3 I lost 4lbs. Still sticking to it though, at least it's progress.
