I got home last night, on the first day on the diet again and i walk in the living room to find evidence of me n hubbys last food binge. jammie dodgers, bourbon creams, crisps and cookies........:(. i sooooo nearly went for the jammie dodger, but i thought, nooo look how many syns they are, so i looked them up and wrote on the front of the packs how many syns they all were, that made me not really want them as much, so they are tightly tucked away in the cupboard to enjoy in moderation!! go me!!!!:D

Lol...I do that!!! I permanent marker pen all syn values on Hubby's "Treats", so that I know what to expect if I was to tuck in to them.
Well done on staying strong!

That's a brilliant idea... why didn't I think of that? You can't hide from the syns then... you know how you eat something you know is bad but then by not looking up how many syns it was, you pretend it never happened? LOL! That's a fab idea, writing the syns right on the front like that. Fantastic.
