One week after holiday and I'm still not back on SW properly. Please, give me a kick up the arse. I've been this way before and know it'll snowball to where I'm doing really badly all the time.

    Help!

    Here you go!

    :asskick:

You know what you have to do - remind yourself why you started SW in the first place and go back to basics. I'm sure you can get back on track.

Do you go to class? If not, consider joining. I found that I couldn't get back on it after Xmas and stopped going to class and it snowballed.

The classes give me the dicipline that I need to stay on it. Good luck

Come on girl! You can do it!!!!! You did so well getting to target, so you know you can do it if you really try.

Where did you go on hols? Did you have a great time?

Have you put weight on or managed to STS? Okay, so you've had a little time off...

Tomorrow is Monday. It's a new week so make a fresh start. Write your food diary and get back on it!!!

    xx

wel as long as you had a good holiday! the great thing about SW is that you can have flexible times in moderation.but its now time for you to get back on track and you will see the weight fall off!
sit down and think about why your doing this,re read your book and maybe think of a few recipes you want to try?? i do this every so often to give myself another boost.
    you can do it girl:)

I so Know how you are feeling!! I've been back for 2 weeks now and I'm still struggling, It's so frustrating but I think perserverance will probably pay off eventually. I managed to gain 8lbs over the 2 weeks away and although I've not got back totally into the swing of things managed to shift 1.5lbs of it last week, so thinking positively if I'd not been slightly in the 'SW' frame of mind I might've gained more, IYSWIM. Anyways here you go :asskick: and I'll take one for myself, if thats ok!

My bum is aching! Thank you all so much.

We're buying good scales tomorrow so I can weigh myself properly and go to the supermarket and get myself stocked up.

Will report back ... when I can sit down again. Thank you all

    xx
