Hi all,

Im new to slimming world, very new, only half way through my first week!

im hoping to keep a little food diary and hopefully get some lovely tips and recipes along the way.

During Uni i put on over 2st, and when i left, i lost 1 1/2 stones before going abroad to get married in Feb 12. Unfortunately, 2 weeks all inclusive and tons of cocktails, and i was another 8lb heavier. Slowly since then its just crept back up on me. So ive decided i really need to make a diet change and get healthy.

SO... food diet for today

Breakfast: Banana with 0% fat free vanilla yogurt

Lunch: Small Jacket potato, left over bolognese and salad

Dinner: TBC....

Need something that doesnt feel diety for tea as my brother is coming over for dinner.... any ideas?
