Ice cream? Puddings?

I'm all out of bars for my treat and I read somewhere on one of the threads (can't find it now) about making ice cream or a pudding,can someone please tell me how I make it (before I experiment and probably get it totally wrong) ?

It's really straight forward but I mix 75ml of milk with strawberry shake an put it in the fridge for half an hour it's just like angel delight x x
