Hey hun im here now. We just followed the recipe in the recipe threads. Big tip. When you take it out of the freezer (we didnt have an ice cream maker) use an electric whisk, everytime. This helps it to turn out smooth and without lumps of ice. For extra flavour you can melt an atkins chocolate bar and add it to the mixture before freezing or add it after as a topping.

5 egg yolks
3tbsp vanilla extract
2tbsp splenda
1/4 cup water
2 cups heavy cream

Blend the egg yolks, vanilla extract, splenda and water for about 30sec (electric whisk, if not for longer)
Place whipped cream into the mixture and whish again. Place in the freezer and whisk every 20-30mins for 3-4hrs or more if you can and will take around 24hrs to set.

No worries. If your allowed berries blitz a few up for a really nice fruit sauce. Yummy. Another word of advice. DO not put coco powder in the mix as it tastes really powdery, not very nice.
