ICE CREAM
5 egg yolks
3tbsp vanilla extract
2tbsp splenda
1/4 cup water
2 cups heavy cream
Blend the egg yolks, vanilla extract, splenda and water for about 30sec (electric whisk, if not for longer)
Place whipped cream into the mixture and whish again. Place in the freezer and whisk every 20-30mins for 3-4hrs or more if you can and will take around 24hrs to set.
