I hope I am posting this in the right place, I have a hideous case of tonsilitis and cant swallow, I want to make some smoothies and am aware of the pitfalls, but willing to take the risk, what is the lowest syn value ice cream known to man ? Thanks
Not sure on the ice cream front, however if you but mullerlight yoghurts in the freezer for 3.4 hours they turn into ice cream so you could do it that way and be sin free ;-)
