i'm rubbish at math, BUT lol i have found lyons maid on tesco site and it's the block ice cream, it states for that, that 100ml 70cals and 1.9 sat fat, now i think it's about 28/29ml to 1 oz if that's the case and you just say 30ml for 1oz to make it easier, for 4 would be 90ml, sooo basically i'd point it about... 1.5points!

lol sorry for going on, think that's right someone else will probably check it though just in case!
