    Hi, try as I might, the yoghurt thing doesn't do it for me with my meringue and strawberries. If anyone knows of any lower fat ice-cream can you let me know? Thanks!

    I use low fat cream cheese with vanilla and sweetener wuth strawberry and
    meringues :)

    if you want to buy one,Lakeland/qvc do Easi yo icecream mix which you ust add water to. It works out at 3 syns for 100ml but tastes like real ice cream. You don't have to buy their icecream maker just use a thick tuperware type container. Its really lush and 100ml is lots. Easy to do-add water and shake,freeze, allow to defrost slight,whisk with mixer and refreeze. One pack males 1.5 litres.Lakeland do smaller packs but qvc do it bulk which although cheaper is expensive to pay in one go unless someone shares the order.
