Iceland posh grub lamb shanks! Help!!!!

So confused about the syns in the posh grub lamb shanks in minted gravy from iceland in the frozen section!!!
I've read free on EE, then I read 12! Then 8, and 4 1/2!

Can somebody please clarify this for me please!?
