Could anyone please tell me the syns in an iceland Vegtable Curry 450g

109 Cals per 100g
0.3 Protein
2.9g Sugar
5.9 Fat
0.4 Saturates
2.6g salt

I'd really like to have this for tea it looks really nice.
Id really appreciate your help I've done some searches and its not on here anywhere xx

does it say carbs hun? and whats the most common ingredient?

yes sorry its got 11.0g of carbs x

Its just mixed vegtables with a sauce no meat so I think it's just going to be the sauce that does the damage really lol x

Did anybody find out the syns on this? Tried it on the syn calculator and it came out 15.5 syns?! Dont think that can be right!

If anybody knows the syns i would be very very grateful! Would like to have this for my tea!
