Hi all

Last year I lost a stone but my daughter was approaching 2 and she started to question why mummy wasn't eating, at that point I was having difficulty getting her to eat so I decided to eat with her and give CD up!

I have now put that stone back on and I am back on the CD. I'm doing it slightly different this time as I am incorporating a 200kcal meal, so I don't get the questions from my now 2½ year old.

I need ideas on 200kcal meals, I've been eating a small chicken breast and steamed vegetables for at least 2 weeks and I am now slowly getting bored, does anyone have any ideas on other things I may eat?

how about chicken and veg kebabs ofrstirfry with your chicken veg and spices? or marinade the chicken in a bit or your oriental spice soup?
