Ideally how much water should I drink?

    I am doing Sole source and drinking pure water 3 bottles of 75cl and lots of black coffee is this enough?

    yes hun cause all you need to drink is 2.25 recommend by cd but if you can try reduce your coffee and have more water or switch to decafe cause coffee dehydrates you.

    I know there is nothing based on scientific fact, but I find the more water I can get down the better my weight losses are. I aim for 2 ltr in a morning and 2ltr in the afternoon. I still have tea and coffee so I guess I might be up to as much as 5 ltrs in a day - god, no wonder I spend half my life on the loo!!!
