Ham and Egg Bakes
Quick breakfast idea (or anytime for that matter, I take them for lunch). Use a muffin tray, spray with frylight. Use ham to line cases and then break an egg into it. Bake on gas mark 5 for approx 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked. These are lovely, the ham goes like bacon. They are delicious warm or cold and are easy to eat when you are out and about. Syn free on original days or extra easy.

all these ideas look great but has anyone come across any fulling ideas, without egg, because it can sometimes upset my digestive system and i cant have that at work
