I have 2 kg of Chantenay carrots!
Any ideas of what to do with so many? I don't want to make soup or anything that mashes them up as it is nice to keep chantenays whole.
I would quite like to roast them but not my normal roasting (frylight/balsamic) I was thinking maybe honey roasted?
Can anyone help?
