Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for low syn snacks for packed lunches etc? i know theres a booklet for sale but i dont have it yet and i need ideas pronto!! im off to Morrisons soon!

For late night snacks I love red grapes and 3 babybel lights cut into cubes (A choice) on cocktail sticks.
