Saturday night was my turning point. I was sitting home alone watching Casualty and stuffing a chinese take-away down me. I cried as I ate and knew I couldn't go on. I weighed myself the next day. I hadn't put on any weight, which was good. I have gained a stone since the summer but I already knew that. I had a sneaky peek yesterday and I've lost 1.5lbs! I know SW works for me and trying other diets is a waste of time, money and energy. I have 2 stone to lose by September. I want to be slimmer and happier by the time I start university.

this is going to be confusing. my food diary has the exact same title... good luck with yours.
I know I need some good luck with mine! I've managed to get rid of my Christmas weight, thank the lord but have stayed the same since and I need to lose a hell of a lot more than just what I put on over Christmas

Your food diary is similary to mine but yours looks much more structured- will take a leaf out of your book if you don't mind!
