    Saturday night was my turning point. I was sitting home alone watching Casualty and stuffing a chinese take-away down me. I cried as I ate and knew I couldn't go on. I weighed myself the next day. I hadn't put on any weight, which was good. I have gained a stone since the summer but I already knew that. I had a sneaky peek yesterday and I've lost 1.5lbs! I know SW works for me and trying other diets is a waste of time, money and energy. I have 2 stone to lose by September. I want to be slimmer and happier by the time I start university.

    Thank you. :) I'm a bit gutted because I only lost 1.5lbs this week but never mind. I am determined to continue, even if it happens slowly. ;)

    this is going to be confusing. my food diary has the exact same title... good luck with yours.
    I know I need some good luck with mine! I've managed to get rid of my Christmas weight, thank the lord but have stayed the same since and I need to lose a hell of a lot more than just what I put on over Christmas

    Your food diary is similary to mine but yours looks much more structured- will take a leaf out of your book if you don't mind!

    This very bad girl binged last night. It was a 30 syn binge. I was not happy this morning and I sneaked a peek at the scales. No gain and a teeny loss since Sunday. I won't let this throw me off track. I always do this. One binge and I can't let it go. So, this is me letting go........:eek:

    I weighed myself. My scales said I'd lost 2lbs and I was delighted. I always check a few times and after a few checks, it started showing no loss. I may need to change the battery. I don't feel like I've lost any weight this week, so the STS reading was probably accurate. :(
