maybe your body has got used to functioning on 1500 a day. You need to shake things up to keep your metabolism guessing, a day to 2000, a day with just 1000, mix up the exercise too so it's not just getting used to the same routine. Perhaps with all the exercise you're building lean muscle have you noticed the inches still disappearing even though the pounds are not? A pound a week is still a pound in the right dirction so you are doing something right, there is no magic wand, it took time to put it on and it's going to take time to lose it again. x
