Dont panic! I did LL and drank 4L plus shakes and was driving round in a car all day with not very many loo breaks! Your body will adjust, promise! Just remember if do any regular diet like WW etc you do wee loads with that aswell; its a good sign that your body is working efficiently. Think of it a wee-ing the weight off!
Thats exactly how i feel!!!! people at work thought i went to the loo alot before i started, now i seem to need it every 15 mins to half an hour.
Am hoping it is just the amount of water am drinking since i didn't drink alot before.
