Spices and condiments - a well stocked selection! To me, the unsung heroes to SW.

Celeriac!!

I find this is a great potato replacement for red days. Mask a celeriac and carrot mash mix and serve with roast chicken/pork/beef etc along with other veggies. Easy way to make up some of the 2/3 of your plate ;)
 
Tinned tomatoes.

I love them! Use them in chilli, spag bol, ratatouille, pasta bake or with a cooked breakfast.

Best of all - superfree!!!!!!!!!!
 
weight watchers creme freche as it is low in syn and can be added to pasta dishes, alos potatoes, rice, pasta n sauce and the ultimate baked beans ;)
 
bacon!!!

breakfast, lunch and dinner sorted with bacon
 
Stock pots - They are great for addilng flavour to almost anything
 
Ooh mod-karen79 you've inspired me! I must go and buy some Minimilks!! Lovely idea and can't believe how low they are, if you think how there are 2.5 syns in a Quality St choccie!X
