If you have a huge breakfast & are not hungry at lunch..

    What do you do?

    I had my breakfast late about 10.30am I had quorn sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans & tomatoes. Before this at about 8.30 I had a nectarine & apple.

    I'm still full now and not hungry at all.

    What do you do in this situation?

    Do I not eat till I'm hungry again, wait for my dinner this evening?

    Advice please....

    i'm in the same boat as you hun had a large late breakfast, had planned a baked potato with cheese and beans for lunch followed by fruit salad so what i'm going to do is just have the fruit salad in about half an hour and have my evening meal at about 6pm so i'm not just eating for the sake of it xx

    I think if I'd had a late breakast and wasn't hungry I'd wait until I was hungry again before eating. Perhaps have something like a banana or other fruit mid afternoon to keep you going until dinner time :) xx

    I sometimes do that, and if I have a big breakfast that late then I would just have a snack mid afternoon of fruit or my HEB alpen lights or something and then wait until tea time.

    you need something to keep your metabolism going.. so some fruit or something in the speed or superspeed list would be good..

    Think of it not as a late breakfast, but as an early lunch. Then have an early dinner.
