Total Solution If you have to snack?

It's an individual thing. Personally I always have some 'safe' food in the house. A bit of plain chicken has saved my diet on many occasions. And I've never been tempted further thankfully. It's just what works for each of us :)

Wish I was that disciplined ;-)

You eat those lean chicken breast, cooked in salted water or you prepare with other condiments?

I might give it a try, I need to overcome this addiction though.

I agree with Starlight, it's better to have the odd bit of lean protein than fall off the wagon completely. I like to keep some boiled eggs in the fridge, just in case.

I'm not disagreeing, but for me I wouldn't be able to just nibble on chicken breast or boiled eggs...

I know myself and I have a problem with food. Exante TFR is my rehab.

I admire those who resist, that's why I try not to even get close to the food.
