Ikea restaurant

Oh damn, I have been doing so well this week and now I'm worried that I might have ruined it by eating in the Ikea restaurant today.
I had chips with meatballs and gravy and a slice of Daim cake.
I wouldnt even know where to begin in regards to syn values on that. I would guess at about a million.....

Thats fair enough, just me over reacting coz I was dettermind to have a 100% week.

Some wise person here used to say Would you throw away a whole bunch of flowers just because one was drooping?". Of course not, so why discount all the other days when you were 100% just because you had one off day. The trick is not to let one bad day become two days, and then a week ... and so on.
