ill and took cold and flu tablets

cold and sore throat today .
took some cold and flu tablets then i after the second lot , i should not have taken any at all
opps they did help
i hope it dont knock me out of ketosis
i bet it will tho and i have to start all over again, just my blooming luck ,
see what happens

Hiya sorry to hear you are feeling I'll x me too have the worst cough/cold ever I'm achey and tired and can't stop coughing. I've managed to just stick to paracetamol but I'm so tempted to take something else... Just hoping I get better soon. Don't worry about your ketosis once you decide you don't need anything other than paracetamol it won't take long to get it going again. The main thing is you get better because this diet can be hard enough without being ill on top xxxx
