    pizzle84 I will do this!!!

    Im feeling pretty bad today and so far i haven't eaten anything so im not decided on having a red day or green yet. Does anyone have any nice recipes that are quick and easy (dont fancy standing in the kitchen for hours!) but is tasty. I dont have a clue what i want to eat. Maybe something to chuck in the slow cooker?!?!

    Home made Soup is great for when you feel icky - Add chopped up veg from your fridge, stock and seasoning, cook for 30 mins or until soft and then blend. You can freeze the remaining portions for another day.

    I always have mashed potatoe when feeling a little icky. Not tasty or exciting but that is always what I fancy.

    You could put a sausage casserole in the slow cooker, mmmmmmmm how yummy.
