How **** do i feel im tired emotional and fat and i just got back from kfc :mad::mad::mad:.....i cant believe this is happening to me :eek::sigh::sigh:

after doing ss+ i thought today id get back on ss but it just hasnt happened ;-( ....im so tired i just thought right im gunna take kids to kfc so i dont have to cook and while i was there i gave in...i have been 100% all day and then i did this ..ffs i need a slap im devastated ;-(

i want to get back on it :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Jo you are not a failure - far from it you have just had a slight blip and did the right thing by coming on here!

You cant undo what you have done so move on and just have your last shake and water and then you are back on the plan and tomorrow is another day. This diet has to be taken day by day as its easier that way adn you have done amazingly well and lost nearly a stone!!!!!

Remeber how fired up you were when you first started and full of enthusiasm you definitely kept me on track so Im returning the favour cos up till you starting I kept sneaking things here and there but you inspired me to stay on track.

You can do this chick I have every faith in you. Put it behind you dont dwell on it.

Keep coming on here and hopefully we can keep you going too.

You are back on it Jo, just by writing things down on here...

By owning up to it, you have dealt with the blip now and you can move forward. You want the weight loss and you will get it - a cr*ppy KFC won't stop you..

You can do it, please don't beat yourself up.

Look forward to reading your posts tomorrow when you WILL be back to 100%.

Your NOT a failure at all. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start again NOW. My advice, stay away from fast food joints it's better for you and the kids too!!

Well if you're bad so am i.....I ended up eating a whole bag of brushetta.....450 cals and 65g carbs!!!! But.....I'm going to kick myself up the arse and get back on ss, no point getting upset over it I've eaten it now..... xx

You are in no way a failure! It's just a blip, that's all - a momentary pause on your CD journey. We all have them. Just put it behind you and forget it ever happened - you're doing so well! x

Don't beat yourself over it love, as everyone has said it's just a blip. Unless you are some kind of super human machine I dare say it'll happen to all of us at some point.

I've seen your weightloss photos and you've lost so much weight already and I'm certain you will lose even more. You have achieved so much already, kfc won't stop you!

hun its only an issue you let it affect you.... try to put aside the negative feelings and get back on plan. You could be back in ketosis by Monday!!!

Listen Jo, its a blip and nothing more.

Get back on track tomorrow and avoid KFC!

On one of your more "up days" why not cook more meals in advance and freeze them? Casseroles, shepherds pies etc, that way when you are too tired its easy to throw them in the micro and much healthier, cheaper than KFC/takeaway?

I am so sorry you are having a rough time..

I really hate you can get your motivation back, tomorrow is another day so you can put it behind you... but you really have to want this...
