I REALLY mean it this time, restarted my diet on the 25th of May, with 6 and a half stone to lose, weigh day tomorrow but from my sneeky scale peaks, Ive lost 7 and a half lbs as of this morning woohoo
I wish this weight loss would remain but I know first week is always the biggest loss, so Im going to try and keep myself only hoping for a 2 - 3lbs loss a week
Ive done my first stone!! And in under a month! My official weigh in isnt until tuesday but I cant go a whole week without checking so now I check on either a friday or sat morning hehe and this morning I was 14 stone 12.5lbs and I was 15 stone 13 and 3/4 lbs when I started.
