Hello!!

After months of fart arsing around when I could have been at goal :cry:I am coming back!! I have seen a really nice CDC who I clicked with straight away and I am starting Monday!! Got 5 stone to loose.. And Im GUNA DO IT!! Need more support than ever and will give as much support as possible!! Im back, to loose this fat for good!!

Hi there, I will definitely join you with my 5 stone journey...am back after a year and like you, am fed up with mucking around, ready to commit 100% with the help of a great CDC and a friend who's started too and of course, this great website...I will be here every day!!

I'm starting tomorrow!

Hi all, Ive been fart arsing about too... tried to start again 3rd time lucky a few weeks ago but failed miserably so I am starting CDSS tomorrow and really scared of failing again, so I will be hear every day for the support and to support others too.... really worried about failing but I so want to do this. I have 4 stone to loose x:wave_cry:

I'm a returner too....saw my lovely CDC tonight. I'm disappointed with myself that in 7months I managed to put 2st back on of the 4st I lost. But I have made the decision and the commitment and I will get that 2st and more off. My sister gets married at the end of Aug and this is my goal date. So good luck to all the restarters.....we can and will do this together!

Hi all
I am restarting along with you - good luck to us all and we will make it this time. I am working towards a wedding too. My daughter is getting married at the beginning of Sept and I would love to buy something really special to wear. Cannot do that at the moment - but with a lot of hard work I know I can make it.
Met my new CDC today and she is so positive - it has really rubbed off.
