Im here again rejoining as ive just let myself down over the last few weeks and slipped into bad habits

I think i need to come on here regularly and talk to you guys to keep my mind on track

You are definately not alone on the regaining weight thing and feeling disappointed.

I'm back on my serious round 2 of CD, ive had about 30 restarts but only lasted 3 days on them. This time i'm on week 5 and have only another 2lb to go to have lost all the weight that I regained.

I'll then have another 3 stone to lose but thats a different matter altogether (lol)

If you are determined to do it then you will. This site has definately helped me throughout my weightloss and I am absolutely definate that I will NEVER EVER go back up to a size 26 again.

Just come on here when you get an urge to eat, that's what i do
