I'm back (again)

Hi Everyone

I think this is my 4th restart but there you go

Back on today, although i'm going to do it slightely different to last time, when my hubby is on earlies and lates i'm going to have my three shakes plus meat and veg for tea then when he is on lates i will SS it, so one out of every three weeks i'll be on SS which should give my loss a boost.

I've had 2 1/4 litres of water so far am aiming for the same this afternoon which would help quite a bit, although i'm hungry but more because everyone is talking about food rather than me actually being hungry if that makes sense.

So day 1 is well under way, just hope i can stick to it this time
