Ok so I'm back.. with my tail between my legs, but I've forked out for a weeks worth of shakes and soups on Wednesday and I only have a couple of stone to loose, so I might be here to stay!
How's everyone finding it today?
I'm on day 3 and not even had chance for my first shake yet, so things must be going well (I was sensible this time and had a week off the carbs before my start on Wed to get my back on track! And just by doing that I'd lost half a stone!)
So.. it's my birthday in July, and I'm hoping to have shifted most of the weight by then. Fingers crossed...
I came off cambridge a few years ago after loosing about 3ish stone, but I came off pretty quick, didn't go through stages and managed to put 2 of those stone back on. I tried exante in between (it's a little chepaer..) But there was too many snacky things I found and the soups were gross.
So yeah all ready to go, and ready to pee....
