Sorry that I've not been on for a while, I've been busy over the weekend, and was a bit naughty and had a chinese. I'm back on track today, and have been for a 4 mile walk/jog. I'm actually improving, and managing to jog a little further each time :)

Well, not a great day today, all I've wanted to do is eat, but I did mange to go for another walk/jog :)

Nothing (very late getting up)

Lunch
Sausage and chips :(

Dinner
Tiny bowl of curry and rice (and I mean a tiny bowl!)
3 Slices Bread

Snack
Birthday Cake :(
Small slice of chocolate cake :(

Water
2 litres Water

Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow

Well girls, I stood on the scales this morning and they said error :(

It's ok though, they have just run low on batteries :) so I will have to buy some new batteries and weigh another time.

You'll have to keep your fingers crossed for a little while longer I'm afraid :)
