IM BACK ON IT!

well i started the cambridge diet 2 weeks ago and after getting on and off the wagon:cry:..im back on it and really doing great. im on day two now and feeling good, ive not cheated once and im soooo proud of myself! in the 2 weeks of getting on and off the wagon i lost a little bit of weight but im really going to shred these pounds now and stick to it!

ah i love the fruits of the forest soooo yummy and ive just tried the cappucino one and loved that too. yesterday i had the tomato soup :eek: what on earth is in that YUCK!

day 3 and im going strong! ive weighed myself every morning and ive lost 1lb each time yay so im hoping even to reach 7lb loss by tuesday eek cant wait just want it to hurry up!
well ive had a chocolate shake this morning and now about to have another because god im starving. ive drank 750ml so far. i have a headache and im really pale but nothing a bit of makeup wont fix!!
role on day four im liking this :) xxx

well is this day 4 or 5? Tuesday would be classed as day one right? so it will be day 5 now, haha so i was passed the 3 days mark when i thought i was still in the worst zone lol.
ok so day five and im loving it, got on the scales this morning wearing just my smalls like every morning, and ive lost 2lb, i love the feeling of success and i get that every night going to sleep knowing ive not cheated and in the morning seeing the weight falling off me, im getting closer to my goal.
so ive so far had a strawberry shake and 500ml of water. ive got a horrid headache yuck!
im about to take my kiddies shopping, rylie needs new school shoes and we really need food shopping, im dreading it but im strong enough not to go for the munch it now!
