And raring to go, i havent been on SW 100% for the past 4 week, not cos i have lost my mojo or anything but the begining of Oct i had a dental procedure that required 5 stitches in my gum that only came out last week.
It was an apicectomy. My mouth sweeled for the first 5 days after words and i am still drinking through a straw :-(
I have been sort of back on SW for about a week, not 100%. I have lost 1lb so havent gained while not being able to eat as much.
I am back on 100% from monday, would have been tomorrow but am having a sunday dinner at my friends. Will do SW around it as much as possible
The thing that really sucks is i still cannot bite on my front teeth.
Anyway, Lets go SW!!!
Can i just say the week i didnt eat hardly anything with pain and just not being able to i put on 1/2 lb....just shows you SW works...
