Hi Guys

was not on since first weighin my PC was broke :cry:
well on my first weighin I lost 7lbs
2nd weighin I lost 3lbs
3rd weighin today lost 4lbs

total to date is 1 stone oh my god i cant believe it. :bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:arty0011:arty0011:arty0011:arty0011:

Well done Shell that is a great loss for three weeks. You just dont get these results on other diets!!! I did wonder where you had gone but thought you might have gone on holiday.

Thanks a million girls, this diet is so worth while and the results are so quick... im off on holidays for 4 days tomorow and am bringing my shakes with me and plan to stick to it 100%, you dont really mind doing something and sticking to it if you know that it works and you get resluts...
