So today I al still on track, actually made time for breakfast and have a couple of power snacks with me for work in case i need them!

Only problem is i am on the toilet every 5 minutes! hay ho, i knew I had gained a bit of fluid!

Wow 2 days in and I'm feeling great. A couple of days ago I couldn't get one healthy meal, but now I'm 2 days in.

Let's hope it lasts!

Well this is the end if day four for me. Been out all day, had lunch and dinner out (just on the run so grabbed from tesco), but I've kept to it.

I have kept to 1200 for 4 days now. Yey me! Got drinks after work and a meal Friday, and a hall party on saturday, I really want to try to stick to it. Hope I can.
