Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd say a quick hello! I haven't been on here for a while, and am going back to start RC again next Tues eve. I haven't been there for about a year and a half, but have actually lost weight since being there last as I was in hospital for 6 weeks a few months ago.
Am looking forward to going back! Hope you are all well and doing great!
