hey kids hope u ok. well whilst ive had fun eating crap over crimbo...ooops im back on the band wagon. im only drinking the left over shakes ive got which shud last me a cuple of weeks and then im offf to weight watchers. just wanna get the xmas belly gone!havent been too bad!. hope u all doin well and had a fab xmas new year xxx
