I'm back!!!

Ok do after coming off lipotrim in June after losing just over 8st in 18 weeks I went a bit party crazy and have out back on about 3st my own fault. So today is the first day again and feeling like I'm going to fail already, don't know why as I have done it before I'm sure I can do it again. Hoping friends old and new can support me (and me them) on this journey xxx

Hi i just started today as well so will be needing and hopefully giving support on here. I was very successful with LT 3years ago but need it now again for a few weeks i have about 21lb to loose so hoping it will only take a few weeks;-) best of luck x
