As the title says I'm back!

Lost 30lbs at the beginning of last yr and 16 months later I need to return. I've regained 24 of them.

I'm shocked! I just had to calculate my gain and had to add it up twice. How did I get to here again?

I've got to focus on how fantastic I felt last yr. Choosing anything I wanted in clothes shops, confident it would look good and generally feeling fab.

Was good last week so afew lbs down aready.

So here we go again. Day 2 - good so far.

Maybe we can keep each other company. You're one day ahead of me so you can tell me what to expect tomorrow.

Water intake not great but it wasn't so hot today and I can glug it back so much easier if the weathers good.

Not feeling hungry but a little spaced.:p Ketosis sticks say pink.

Day 4 and still feeling good.

Yesterdays slight 'away with the fairies' feeling has gone and feeling really movtivated.

Some advise pls - On Saturday I have to run round leading a pony for 30mins in my sons riding lesson. Last time I did this when SS I felt quite shaky and a bit faint. Any ideas??

Day 8 and feeling good!

Thanks for thinking of me.

Been keeping myself busy. Helps me to stop thinking of food!!

I'm still here and going strong. 7lbs down yesterday. Pleased with that. Completed my 1st goal of not cheating for a wk and 1/2 way to my 2nd goal of losing 1 stone.

Kiddies finish school this wk and away for afew days. Planning to 'just be good' when on hols. I'm veggie and often not very many options when eating out so rather than beat myself up over it will be good and then 100% when I get back.

I remember when I did this last time I felt great from the 2nd week. Loads of energy, really renewed. Not there again yet but hopefully not long now.

How's it going for you?
