im officially restarting cambridge on friday, i think i have my head in the right place now and have sorted out my debts so dont have to worry about the money. im very excited and scared of being weighed as i know i have put all my weight back on. i am going to succeed this time and be a skinny minny for christmas xx

Hi , yes I am also restarting,1st day today, on the 7 day count back.You have 1500 cals added with one cambridge drink,tomorow,go to 1200 plus2 drinks and keep droping the cals till on sole source. I also want to be slimmer for christmas. I am right behind you,let me know how you get along.Just digging my heales in,I am a little emotional,at the moment,I have 2 boys in the army,I waved them off this afternoon,but I am determined to be slim for my eldest 21 birthday party in Dec.This is the worst time,at night,watching the telly, but I will be tuff with my self,will speak to you soon,xx
